CalDOC was established in 2025 as a spinoff from a large national company that partners with major flagship universities across the United States. They ran high-quality dental and medical assistant, veterinary technician, nursing assistant, phlebotomy, EKG, and pharmacy technician training programs in a cobranding model with public institutions and leased fully equipped training space in local medical clinics and practices throughout the U.S..
California, has stricter dental assistant and educational institution laws and regulations. because of its past experience with licensing and credentialing California schools, CalSmart saw this as an opportunity to specialize in bringing BPPE licensed dental assistant schools with California Dental Board approved programs to the state. No other education company does this in California.
And the demand for California dental assistants is extremely high in the State of California; especially for graduates with Dental Board certifications. In a short period of time during our pre-launch stage starting in November 2024, we have already amassed over 900 leads from Dental practitioners who have expressed a keen desire to start and operate a fully credentialed dental assisting school with CalSmart. We are a new company with a 21+ year experience history licensing and launching practice-based vocational schools. It's time for you to also get on board before your territory is gone!

Our goal for the next three years is to put a maximum of 300 California Dental Assisting and Advanced Dental Assisting network schools throughout the State of California, and since we are revenue partners with each campus, we will not need to continue to license any more campuses.
Another goal is to provide dentists with an innovative and unique California practice-based business opportunity to grow their income from their practice, positively impact their profession, and make a difference in their lives and the students they graduate.
