I came across SMV/CalDoc Assistant Schools on Instagram . Once clicked I started a whole journey of something I always imagined doing but never knew how and where to start. Being a practice owning dentist we always struggle to find good assistants who we can rely on.

I've looked at other school opportunity packages and even tried one that promised to get my state license and stopped the work halfway through. The expensive package cost me $42,000 and to my dismay realized it was just a couple of binders and files that explained how to do things, and I was afraid that I would not have the time to do all the work myself.
Getting the school through the school licensure process itself, which is very complicated and time consuming was becoming like a full-time project in and of itself.
